Our process involves the cleaner(s) arriving at your location to conduct a preliminary walkthrough before beginning the cleaning. After the cleaning is completed, you’ll have the opportunity to do a final inspection. To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card on file, but please note that you won’t be charged until after the final walkthrough and once you’ve spoken with a team member post-cleaning.
